ActionPower’s Exciting Debut at Automotive Test Expo 2024

We are excited to share the highlights of ActionPower’s debut at the prestigious Automotive Test Expo 2024 in Germany, held from June 4 to June 6. Our booth 1674, was a hub of activity, showcasing our innovative AC and DC power supplies in both modular and cabinet models. We also featured applications in OBC tests, EV charging, and high-power supply test solutions, which drew significant attention from industry professionals.

PRE 20 Series

Programmable AC Power Supply with Regenerative Function: Functions as a grid simulator to replicate AC grid input characteristics and abnormalities, including fluctuations in grid voltage, frequency, and phase. This helps test the grid adaptability of devices.
– Regenerative AC Electronic Load: Simulates both linear and nonlinear load characteristics.
– Specifications:
Rated at 20kW with a phase voltage of 450V.
Supports parallel operation.
Output Line to Neutral Voltage: 0 ~ 450V

PRD Series

Programmable DC Power Supplies with Bidirectional Functionality: Combines both source and load characteristics, capable of simulating batteries and PV systems.

3U 30kW, with a maximum voltage of up to 2000V.
Supports parallel operation and redundancy.
– Additional Features: Capable of superimposing AC ripple up to 10 kHz

AGS Series

Panel-Type Grid Simulator: Simulates AC input characteristics and abnormalities, including fluctuations in grid voltage, frequency, and phase.
– Specifications:
Slew rate up to 1V/μs.
Capable of superimposing harmonics up to 50 times and inter-harmonics up to 3000Hz.
Single unit power ranges from 300kW to 1MW, with parallel capability up to 10MW.

ABS Series

– High-Power Bidirectional DC Power Supply: Capable of simulating both battery and PV systems.
– Specifications:
Single unit power ranges from 300kW to 1MW, with parallel capability up to 10MW.
Dynamic Response: Voltage dynamic 200V/ms and current dynamic time 2ms.

– High-Power Testing Solutions: Designed for photovoltaic (PV) storage and charging systems, including inverter and energy storage PCS system testing, high-power supercharging stations, UPS systems, and more.
– Complete OBC Testing System Solution: Utilizes ActionPower’s high-voltage and low-voltage DC side power supplies, as well as AC side power supplies. Meets relevant OBC/DCDC testing standards with numerous successful cases in the automotive industry.
